Now, more than ever, it is important to support MGWA as it works to protect your right to drill water wells in Michigan. This past year MGWA leadership and members have been working tirelessly on water well construction rules and regulations that are reasonable, fair, and equitably applied for the protection of the resource, the industry, and your business. Membership dues may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses to the extent not allocated to lobbying expenditures. MGWA estimates that the nondeductible portion of your dues is 90 percent.
